at nostr plebs we don’t because it’s *huge*
plus for both, it requires a full table scan which I do not want to expose as an endpoint
yah, makes sense.. these lists can be quite large, but are valuable source of 'verified users'. i assume if someone wanted to use it outside of land they could probably work something out with you.
