What is this seat post clamp for?
Found on a listing selling seat posts and seat post clamps, but this is not mentioned anywhere other than the item selections.

@nprofile1q... That looks really janky. You could put a seatpost in it that's too small for the seat tube, but unless you put a shim into the seat tube to take up the difference, it's not going to be good. There's going to be a lot of stress on that upper clamp. I bet it breaks if you ride it enough without a shim.
