Proton mail has gotten to be a real little bitch about "verification email addresses". you have to get a code to SOME email just to sign up. and then once you think you have an acocunt, you try to use your new proton address to sign up for other things and you get a weird message in your inbox "you need to add a recovery email address **in order to use your proton account to sign up for third party services**".
The fuck? Proton nannies where you can use your email, notices you getting a new account email from another service, blocks the messages and then tries even harder to get you to KYC via email?
Fuck proton mail.
