Definitely grew up watching that movie. It's been a long time since I've seen it. Maybe I should swoop the 4K version.
Definitely do. It's GORGEOUS. Of course there are flaws, but those are all in-camera (out of focus shots, etc). And the UHD / HDR10 is worth it just to see the rich purple glow of the crystal.
I just rewatched it two nights ago and my childhood fondness for it was STILL almost overpowering my opinion as I was writing this review.
While I was rewatching it: Incredible restoration! + my nieces will HATE the experience of sitting through this.
Thinking about it right now: But it's so memorable and surely its highlights outweigh its flaws, right?!
