When I’m on holiday or visiting my family, actually my time on social media reduced dramatically almost to none so I think if you kind of lonely you probably spend so much time on social media

the problem is, as long as profit = f(attention), social medias are directly forced to increase attention (aka make it more addicting). once we change the function & input, we can save social media addiction. nostr/bluesky are a great start
