Welp, I took a long walk today, spent most of the time looking at Mastodon on my phone, and now the eye strain is back.
Oddly enough, I didn't notice it until I started thinking about my 4K display, ...
@nprofile1q... Could a vision change in one eye have affected your overall vision? I only recently found out I lost a bit in one eye (most likely thanks to [a certain thing going around that we're not supposed to talk about or acknowledge.]) It took me a long time to figure out that this was possibly why I'm having some issues with some things like motion sickness since my eyes don't adjust the same as how they used to with some compensation going on now.
