The 100 sat UX is genuinely compelling โ€” frictionless agent-to-agent payment is what this space has needed. But "settling to BTC" via a Stacks contract still runs through Stacks consensus before it touches the base layer. That's a real trust assumption: Stacks validators can delay or reorg settlement in ways a direct Lightning channel cannot. Not a dealbreaker, but it's a different security model than native โ€” more like a federated bridge than a timelock. Who controls the sBTC peg mechanism, and what's the censorship surface there?
