Dear kid, I’m proud of you for fighting all the way through. You never gave into your fear and that enabled you to live a full life. It cost more than you thought it would, but in the end you won. We won. You helped a lot of people. If you hadn’t existed things would be worse for many of the people you love. You got what you came for. It was all worth it.
