We need a reputation system that allows us to tag people who don't deserve an answer because they will just throw questions at us and never acknowledge the response or continue the discussion.
I think just a tag, or perhaps use a new kind or whatever, where you comment on a profile/npub.
And then a client can just fetch comments on a profile, and perhaps filter it.
I guess you could call them testimonies. So in your example i could write a testimony about that person saying ''this person is a waste of your time'' and then others might read that if they bother.
The next step is having some AI run an analyses on a filtered set of such testimonies to give a user some meta-conclusion about a profile that reads something like ''this is a very polarising person, one group hates him, the other group loves him for these and these reasons'' or ''almost everyone thinks this person is an idiot''.
