I lock my card when I am not using it, you cannot do this when you purchase something on amazon. Ebay charges your card as soon as you press the order button. I've had amazon not try to charge me until 3 days after I pressed the order button. This caused the order to be further delayed because it was declined due to my locked card. Why the fuck do they do this?
I ended up driving 30 minutes to a best buy and just buying the GPU for cheaper than amazon.
