dang those dumbbells are big. how heavy are those? i like the outdoor punching bag against bamboo fence, banana and coconut trees and mountain view. very zen
Yeah Pam, They are pretty heavy, 50 pounds are the biggest and going down to 5 pounds. My house is in the middle of a coconut grove overlooking the mountains and sea. Much of the house is made of bamboo too.
