agreed, they aren't "pulling" in the traditional sense. just paying upfront by month or whatever period they decide, but obviously have to opt in to do it again in future.

Makes me think of the couple of companies that monitor your subscriptions for you and cancel or w/e. That business model fails on a BTC standard where push is the only option.

ARR going to be a lot harder to forecast if the user base can easily forget to pay up. No more forever subscriptions that don’t get used.

The ARR model has come to the fore because of Wall Street. It’s a requirement of the debt based monetary system to have forever growth and that’s a lot easier on recurring subs rather than large capital expenses. There would be no need for this on a Bitcoin Standard, we could once again own thi...
