I think SV2 would be awesome since - as I'm sure you're aware - a lot of demand for rented hash is from users wanting to specify their own block templates - which might include selecting one from a few options (ie BIP110).
If there were - say - 10,000 users all of whom wanted to spend an average of $10 on rented hash, would that be of interest?
Highly recommend checking out the Pubky and Ed25519 ecosystem. It's preferable to secp256k1 for user/acccout/profile since it's faster and more robust. https://pubky.tech/
