Cursed exam idea: everyone gets the same problem, first to submit a correct answer gets a passing grade.
Everyone else gets another problem.
The exam will continue until everyone passes.
As written this probably wouldn't work but it's inspired by the military / sport training practice of doing a group run across a field or something.
The first one to the other side gets to take a shower. Everyone else does it again.
The idea isn't to punish the worse performers, it's to give more practice/exercise to those who are underperforming until everyone is able to meet the standard eventually.
