He got the loan to build his first house from his mom who got the money from his Dad's life insurance policy.
In turn, my dad gave me a loan to start my business....
Cheapest way to give your kids a million tax free is through life insurance. Hopefully btc/cash value comes around soon, but I think they rely on life insurance to be their bond portfolio liquidity so no time soon. BTC grows to fast it would cause policies to MEC.
