I’m not saying PRC is occupied, I’m saying it did not exist before 1949. Also, USSR did not exist before 1922 and Russian Federation did not exist before 1991. I’m pointing that out because you seem to have a very selective taste as it comes to what a “state” means, which interestingly aligns with interpretations forced by totalitarian regimes worldwide 😄Tibet declared independence in 1913, by the way.
