I have been tinkering with an Aeropress for a few weeks now. I am dialing in my perfect brew.

The biggest thing I have noticed is that a pour over kettle is the only way to add the water.

Bean origin, roast, weight, grind size, water temp, seep time all have changed the taste noticeably but anything other than a pour over kettle seems to disturb the grinds in the bottom to much and the water just drains through

Really enjoying dialing this thing in to my taste

As much as I enjoy coffee, that's too much effort for me (sorry). And--I'm not sure I'd taste the difference. Yes, I don't drink Folgers, but with good coffee from a good roaster I really don't tell much difference from how I brew it. An unsophisticate platate I'm afraid....
