WTF? npub.cash no longer has its own wallet and I can't get my sats over cashu.me anymore because when I try to get a pending zap, it says the invoice expired! All my zaps I got are lost!!!

No zaps are lost. All quote ids were preserved in the migration and are recoverable as long as they are unspent (the mint holds on to them indefinitely).
There was a bug in an upstream dependency that would incorrectly reject quotes that had an expiry timestamp that had passed. However this was already fixed. If you are running a PWA, make sure its updated to the latest live version of cashu.me
