If it’s an inflationary depression (likely), that’s exactly what’s going to happen. Might have a big deflationary event at some point, but it’s going to be an inflationary decade… and I’d say we are already in it.

Seems like they’re trying to time the ETFs with the onset of the crisis so they can print money and use it to naked short the paper products and then scoop up cheap bitcoin and ride it back up to cover the downside of the money printing. Interesting times! I am not quite convinced such etfs would trigger a massive run, if at the same time despression makes the other markets crash. But no matter what happens "stay humble stack sats" is the winning strategy!
