@nprofile1q... If you are getting 84 C with prime95 small fft and not hitting thermal limits then that's pretty good, that workload is meant to stress the CPU.
1.24v vSOC isn't dangerously high. I set mine to around there manually when overclocking my RAM and I have the feeling that it is required for a stable PBO/undervolt on my machine.
