If you can configure DNS settings you will be able to do this in your sleep lol. Basic kit:
3 gallon canning pot
Fine strainer
2 cookie sheets for baking the bones
Another 3 gallon pot to transfer/strain twice
5 gallon pail to dump used veggies and bones into to cool
A flat of quart jars with lids. If you plan on freezing the quarts instead of pressure canning them they have to have straight sides (no shoulder) so they don’t break.
If you want to pressure can the quarts, an All American 921 is a great unit for life.
