It's cruel and tragic. Only when they experience pain themselves can they truly empathize and accept the rights of others as equals.
That’s my point. Many of the perpetrators of cruelty in history will never experience that pain. The Jews in the ruling class of Israel, Only a small percentage are holocaust survivors.
