@Kerokeronim I'm no expert and I probably know less about it than someone on "free beer extremist" but I think you want your still to be pressurized to about 5psi

if you have a fully-enclosed pressure vessel like that and put a heater under it hot enough to boil the liquid inside the pressure will raise indefinitely until all the liquid has been converted to gas

this can cause the pressure inside the vessel to exceed the wall strength and cause a steam explosion

just because I don't see a blowoff valve doesn't mean one doesn't exist but I don't see one

the blowoff valve would save your life if the primary hole the gas is supposed to escape up became blocked for any reason
