if in the US, private memberships have a lot less laws to comply with.
This is a common practice for golf courses (clubhouses), and also for many permaculturist farmers, "churches," & educational communes.

Yes, you'd be using "their tech" but this is what I refer to when saying going underground but under their f*cking noses. Because a lot has to do with learning to operate & finding workarounds. It's about harnessing each other's skills to figure out how to use their own systems but IN OUR FAVOR. (and, of course, to not use those systems which prove harmful altogether).
