I really wish @Jeff Booth could break through to him and cure his blind spot on this point. If Saylor would push development in this direction it could do wonders for the world (I realize we likely have to surpass gold's MC first to be of large enough scale to support MoE). I'm with Jeff 100% on MoE being a required victory/survival condition for the network or the experiment failed.
