I eat a lot of beef. Mostly burgers. When I make roasts in the winter I struggle more with heat sweats. I did a little research and learned it has to do with histamine levels. Depending on how long the beef has been aged and how itās been cooked impacts the histamine levels. Longer age and slower cooking equals higher histamine. A quick fix I have found when I get the sweats is to eat some fruit. I do a nice big bowl of frozen blueberries. Works pretty quick. Hope this is helpful. #beef#histamine
