Hello Mr Kratter.
I just wanted to say hello and thank you for your role as a promoter of Bitcoin, and BIP-110.
I was, and am part of the plebs who support the BIP-110 effort. Supporters made many efforts already, educating themselves, spinning up Knots nodes, buying Start9 and Umbrels and even renting hashpower at a loss to point it at BIP-110 pools/servers. Another thing I am doing now is to consolidate UTXO’s on the BIP-110 chain. I don’t mind the higher fee and long confirmation time, as long as it supports miners on our side. Higher fees, higher incentives. It’s been said a lot « sit on your hands, do not transact », but consolidating is not transacting stricto-sensu, therefore the only risk of the dreaded replay in the case of a consolidation is paying the fees on both chains, and that’s the effort I am willing to make in order to support BIP-110 while waiting for « real » economic activity on the BIP-110 chain…
