No, that shit made the game unplayable on multiplayer VC. You cannot speak to anyone and the audio is so fucking LOUD. Plus you can't get rid of it for WEEKS, and it goes on for even longer and louder if you keep eating human meat as your food source.

I had to use shotgun mouthwash to get it to stop. 😤
