And the 30% left include all business computers and laptops where people can't just use for whatever.

Sorry but those are bad statistics, because it's impossible to get this data reliably and do any meaningful extrapolation off of it. Most people with phones ALSO have a computer; but yes most internet traffic is on phone because some find it easier, especially when on the go, to use their phone. ...
