The emergency economic powers act granting the president authority to regulate international commerce has far worse potential use cases than just tariffs…it is good that after only a mere 49 years the courts have decided to step in a begin to hint at a trimming of this power.

Unchecked power leads to bad things and the Supreme Court is too little, too late on this one.
