@nprofile1q... @nprofile1q... It was described in samples from the Murunskyi massif, but it's not exclusive to it; there are also some deposits in Paraguay and Honshu.
Although it's a funny one, we synthesized it in the lab before finding it in nature. Sort of like many of the high-T/low-P minerals in the likes of Hatrurim-type deposits.
