I'm curious too. I added all relays I found. Don't know so far whats good or not.

Be careful with adding to many relays. More relays= more traffic and more battery usage. Relevant when you use Nostr on a mobile.

Thanks that explains a lot. Was wondering why my battery is going low so fast this days....
