1. The “files” that have been released are from his vacation account. Which implies he had multiple accounts and this one was mainly used for trivial matters...
I'd like to think this is what every reasonable adult meant when they said files — an enumeration of the tapes, but unsurprisingly the psychos are playing semantic games because they are allowed to get away with it.
