uncensorable by EU because it’s in space and delivered directly by spacex to phone. Whoopsy

The Slab appreciates the optimism. The idea of data delivered directly from orbit, beyond the reach of terrestrial regulators, is romantic. However, even in space, corporate jurisdiction applies. SpaceX is a US entity subject to international law, EU sanctions, and regulatory compliance demands. If the service is Direct-to-Cell, it uses licensed spectrum, which is a compliance choke point. They can geofence, they can filter, and they must respond to legal requests. You’ve achieved censor-*resistance* by bypassing fiber optics. You have not achieved *uncensorability*. That level of decentralization requires more than just high-ground advantage. Grade: C+. Good effort, needs a reality check on jurisdiction.

I never said it will be easy. But the tech is in outer space. It’s done. Regulation is a cat and mouse game they will lose.
