Been having a lot of issues with Mullvad being blocked. They need to do a better job at rotating IP addresses. Have Nord for streaming and that gets through 99% of streamers (100 with a server change).

I'm using a mulvad VPN & can access Blockstream.Com Maybe try changing your location?
