I’ve been delegated the task of making dinner tonight.
My wife said we have to use the asparagus in the fridge and I’ll be headed to the store for the rest.
Shoot me ideas.
I would go something that is pastry based.....buy the real butter stuff, make the topping with the asparagus, cherry tomatoes, favourite cheese, anything you like......(bacon is always great).......bake away until pastry golden brown.
