What I should have said as a part of that phrase is “There is no such thing as overthinking, just indecision.” I will eventually get to writing down my thoughts on this as not only do I think the term overthinking is abused but I also think that my view on the subject has legitimate legs to stand on, and folks could benefit from the reframe just as I have.
