Just kidding, but it does pose an interesting scenario: what if someone with high trust loses their mind? How quickly could they organically be demoted from people's feeds?

Right, I flagged the images as sensitive rather than the note. Sounds like there's a mismatch in expectations. I suspect from what we've seen happen on other social networks, followers are incredibly sticky and even if someone goes insane, they won't meaningfully lose much of the attention directed...
