I am not 100% certain, so I’m not going to say I am or that he’s lying, however the image looked off to me, appears to be AI generated, why would he not post the real dog.

I want to be wrong, I’ve kinda been friends with this guy a bit, but I don’t know.

It's not the real image of my dog! To get the enough attention I had to take a good clear picture from Google and post it further here on #nostr Don't worry my dog looks same as in the picture He is sick so i don't want to take any images Just a small help could help me a lot If you don't wanna...
