I just started taking some Lion's Mane supplement earlier this week. And I absolutely guarantee it's because of the Lion's Mane because I'm not on anything else.

First couple of days it gave me fantastic, mind-flattening supersleep... but I'm worried about side-effects, so I'm trying to take days off in between dosages.

But every night so far has had at least had marginally interesting dreams. Kinda kickass, though I've heard serious horror stories so weigh your options carefully.
