When you log in, your signer extension should be getting a 27235 authentication event - you'll need to accept that.
The status light in the right upper corner should turn green after 10-20 seconds or so, and you should be able to access "Settings > Inkan Agent".
After that, you can again go do the profile page of
@npub10ukg9...
and hopefully you'll start seeing events there.
