slow, keypair identity, full of spam, cRyPtO associations, annoying libertarian opinionated privacy security larpers, smelly developers everywhere, the content creators they follow don’t use nostr because the eyeball harvesting techniques they’ve perfected for gaming the normie social algos don’t work here… hence no big influencers.. hence no big migrations to follow said influencers. just about every use case normies care about, nostr is worse at. normies don’t care about getting banned. now that elon isn’t as woke-police/ban-happy on x as twitter was under jack dorsey… the whole unbannable aspect is mostly lost on the edgy hot political take community that might have benefited from nostr under more wokepolice social media rules.
