I absolutely believe this when I traveled to Baltimore Maryland. I currently live in VA beach va . I saw the most beautiful street art . The city embraced the art much different from my own city that made it criminal to do street art.
Something so beautiful in seeing the people express themselves through street art . Oh and what talent they have such beauty comes from spray paint . hopefully VA beach will catch up to the beauty in the art and embrace it instead of criminalizing the artists.
