Months ago I already said that I would not show my support for BIP-110 because it was dead on arrival from the start. Right now it only has 0.38% signaling. Therefore, the whole debate that continues...

I guess my question to you is, do you not support bip 110 because you oppose what it proposes, or do you not support it because you don’t think it will succeed? I believe there is an important difference.

I can't stand it because it was doomed from the moment it was introduced as a temporary fork. Otherwise, I completely agree, but I knew it wouldn't have community support because the community lost its way a long time ago.

How would I have handled things? I would have continued developing Knots but with more maintainers involved and opened it up to the community, so that not everything depended on Luke. And I would have waited until at least 50% of the network’s nodes were on board. Then I would have proposed BIP...
