Did it actually fork? Or are bip 110 blocks still being accepted into the main chain?

It forked. Only two blocks have happened. There isn’t the hash power to make blocks. So it isn’t more coins. Unless they change PoW and Difficulty adjustment. 110 hard forked off. If the community wants to use it, lots of changes would need to happen.
