I thought Firefox was having some weird rendering bug where a new frame was rendering offset from the previous or something.

Then I noticed that this is actually responsive. Apparently, rendering pages as partial overlays over the previous page is now a "feature".

If only HTML provided some simple mechanism to enable users to navigate from one page to another without having to render it in an overlapping div.
