Had the issue, so I build it from source
The url https://upload.iris.to/npub1xdhnr9mrv47kkrn95k6cwecearydeh8e895990n3acntwvmgk2dsdeeycm/releases%2Fhashtree/latest/install.sh is working for me. I wonder if it could be different handling of the url encoding. What os did you run it on?
