@nprofile1q... https://www.vueling.com/de/wir-bei-vueling/kontakt shows a mailing address and lots of phone numbers. I would use their contactus@ email and also make a phone call, and if nothing else works, send a letter. Do not do phone only as that is off the record and you need something on the record here.
