Out of all the people I spoke to daily and considered friends on Twitter, only one reached out to see how I was doing and asked me about why I left.
Maybe that says something about me personally and...
I'm sure this varies among people's social circles, but I had dozens of random strangers and friends on Twitter reach out to me a year ago after my surgery. I felt true love and friendship from them.
