For one, it's just inaccurate. John Maynard Keynes supported centralized economic organization, not monetary ...
Monetary expansion through centealised means that are arbitrary decided, are no where close to the same as a decentralised system with hard coded tail inflation.
Personally, I prefer the hard cap structure of Bitcoin, but I would much rather live under a monetary system akin to monero's than a gold standard.
